How do you deal with stress?

In a word: poorly.
My usual response to stress is to eat. That is probably why I am 100 pounds overweight. I have heard people say that the best way to deal with stress is to take control of the situation. That is usually easier said than done. Sex can be a great stress-reliever if it can be arranged. Masturbation will help too. I am surprised that no one else suggested this one!
Also, humor can be a help. A good laugh can relieve stress and put one in a better frame of mind.


What methods do you use to solve a problem?

Talk things over with friends. Just the act of talking about a problem seems to relieve some of the burden of the problem. Often friends will have some insight or suggestion that can help.
Another method that sometimes works for me is to sleep on it. It is surprising how often a solution to a problem comes to me in a dream.


Do you compartmentalize a problem?

Breaking a problem down into parts can be very helpful. Problems are more manageable and less intimidating when they can be approached in smaller pieces.

When confronted with a serious problem, just remember this little rhyme:

When in Danger,
When in doubt,
Run in circles,
Scream and Shout.
