I like music in a way that is difficult to pinpoint in specific genres, but...I'd have to say a three-way tie: American Idiot, because it reignited music in my head that had been dormant for too many years. Once More With Feeling, because it was sheer, utter genius (and incredibly character-driven/evolving). South Park, because it was a perfect homage to the (musical) structure of musicals.
