Pee, make tea for my wife and coffee for me, log in, make breakfast for my wife and me and eat it (which happens after logging in, so it's a separate thing), scoop the litter box and shower and brush teeth and take meds (that's one task because it's all done in an order as one thing.)
Coffee and tea happen first; breakfast is usually either cereal or cottage cheese with honey and cinnamon; and it usually takes me about 16 hours to wake up. No, seriously, my alarm goes off at 6:30, and I leave bed at 7.
