Today I did some of those Iceland store visits. and one of them was in Dover. Opposite across the road was an Age Concern charity shop. So I popped in. It had two bookcases crammed with CD's, and when I mean crammed they were. You could have spent a day in there in and what was more intriguing - all the Cd's were 20 pence each - five for a pound. Each was sealed with tape but all were in top condition. I found five in the limited time I had. These were -

Velvet Underground - VU (Polydor) - their debut album before John Cale joined.
Digital Underground - This Is An EP (Tommy Boy) - awesome old skool hip hop
Vanilla Fudge - Rock And Roll (Esoteric Records)
Miles Davis - Live Evil (CBS) - yeah, amazing find.
Zbigniew Preisner - Requiem for My Friend (Erato)

Amazing what I did find amongst the crud in the half hour I had to spare.

Must go back there with more time available.
