Chicken Biryani

jazzy_daveMy recollection of the 70s and 80s says that a Chicken Biryani enjoyed in an Indian restaurant always had a fried egg served on top. Anyone else remember that? Never mind. Tonight I had a Biryani bought from Iceland - a bung-it-in-the-oven type of meal. I decided to dress it up with two fried eggs and I have to say that it provided a most enjoyable meal.
