jazzy_daveWell after watching "Moses Jones" on iPlayer i then listened to some music via the headphones as she was watching something on the TV, so i dug out some John Adams CDs.
This is what i played -
John Adams "Harmonium / Choruses from "Klinghoffer" (Nonesuch CD)
He is my favourite American composer and this is just so sublime.
John Adams "El Niño" (Nonesuch 2xCD)
Technically an opera but again has that wonderful Adams touch to it. And i am not a great opera fan but i put it on a hogh with his "Nixon In China" opera.
