Short Trip

jazzy_daveRather than go to Maidstone i took a short trip over to Faversham to sell a few paperbacks and get some food from Morrisons. Picked up a paperback for fifty pence and a CD for the same price. The paperback is a collection of Sherlock Holmes stories as i thought it would be better to have a small volume to take with me on my journeys rather than use the heavy hardback collection at home.
The one armed banded has been watching football as it is the third round of the FA Cup. Some minor non league teams are still in the hat for the fourth round as well.
Last night i was texted by Phil to come up a cheeky beer. I also met the new landlord of the pub who will take over from the 14th of the month.For a Friday evening it was very quiet up there.
