Has anyone suffered from userpic or avatar problems on LJ ? I seem to be missing some or they are not showing up at all. It is another frustrating aspect of these idiots tinkering with LJ. If it is not broken do not fix it, i say!!!

I find that that happens from time to time. Best thing is to wait and see, and they should eventually come back. It's annoying, but I have no idea what causes it, I'm afraid.

I've had user icons disappear from time to time; they always seem to find their way home again.

I haven't noticed anything recently, but I have occasionally in the past.

Noticed it on avatars of other users during the past weeks.
No idea what it's based on, but it seems like that it follows no rule. It happens randomly. (On which day as well as to which user it happens.)
