Another of those classic jazz tunes that celebrate the night time, and early mornings. Continuing the theme of midnight music, i present Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers with A Night In Tunisia.

Recorded in Belgium in 1958 the line-up as -

Great clip, thanks for posting this!

I got to see Benny Golson live a few weeks ago. His sax playing isn't all that powerful these days (hell, he's 85) but he had some good stories to tell about the old days, and he had an incredible bass player (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5djV8XFO_o0).
