Wisdom In Deal

It remained wet all day, except for a dry ,if cloudy, and occasionally sunny patch, in Deal today. I took the bus over there to do a travel agent mystery shop. Once completed i checked out The Norman Wisdom pub and took few pics of the late actor's  face splashed all over the bar.










And i had a pint of this dark ale from across the pond.

I was scheduled to go on a photography jaunt at the Phoenix Zoo with a friend yesterday, but the forecast was for massive rain. Fortunately the forecast was wrong. We agreed that if the weather was clear, we'd meet at the gate. The storm apparently either broke up or was deflected by the heat island that is Phoenix and it didn't happen.

Our photo shoot went fine, the only casualty was my camera strap broke, fortunately it did so while I was holding my camera. That is not to say that a 4.5 shoot at 100 degrees F and over 90% humidity is for the faint of heart. But at least we did get a good shoot in.
