So in Canterbury right now and just popped into the library there as it was starting to rain. I have a mystery shop to do anyway in the Burgate. Then perhaps a pint of ale at the local 'Spoons watering hole.

I might even peruse the ehelves of the Chaucer Bookshop. Past Sentence in Faversham was not open today until Thursday

.I am currently reading "A Street Cat Called Bob". It is a wonderful true story that has given me bouts of broad smiling and welling up inside in equal measures.Okay we  cat lovers are softies.

I shall have to find it, then! Once I'm done with my doctor's appointment...well...once I can leave for my doctor's appointment when JuneBug gets done grooming the back of her head.

It's been her daily obsession since I got my hair cut into a pixie style.

I have that book! A friend of mine from LJ actually sent it to me - I've been meaning to read it. This is a good endorsement and reminder to do so!

I've read about Bob and his person, but not read the book.

Bob looks like a Cat of Consequence.

The follow up entitled 'The World According to Bob' is equally engrossing.

Brilliant book - gave it to an animal-lover friend of mine who had been sober for the last five years. Big old boy blubbered like a baby. Loved it :-)

I think I'd like that book!

Oh, I should let you know that I now have it reserved at my local library :) There is one person in the queue before me, so it will take a little while, but it will come!
