Walking

So after walking into Sittingbourne yesterday I was hoping to get a train journey back, but alas, had to walk back too, but in the end I did not mind that, as it was such a warm if hazy day. Today it is less hazy and a lot warmer, so I walked into Sittingbourne again. Having no wi-fi at home for the time being, and that the libraries this week are having a major upgrade to their computer systems, the only one I could use for any length of time is the “ossif”. So here I am, having just finished a couple of large chicken nuggets from J C . Rooks, the butchers.

So the result last night did not go the SNP’s direction and in a way I guess that will wipe the smirk of Alex Salmond for a while. What it has done is to change the political landscape forever, and that government must become less centrally focused and power to be more evenly distributed amongst the regions, and thus more devolution.

Sorry you had a long walk, but it's GOOD for you!! I'm supposed to do more walking, according to my Dr., but since being attacked by two dogs I find it difficult. Now I only walk with my Hubby.(they were on leashes being held, barely, by a large woman. She tried hard to stop them, but one did manage to graze the back of my hand with his teeth and drew blood!! The injury was not so bad, but the FEAR it engendered is awful!)

Hope you'll have home internet back soon-that must be an awful inconvenience!

Maybe it was healthy to walk? That sucks that all the libraries are having a major upgrade just when you have no net at home.

I was worried about Scotland. I wondered if independence would be good for them economically and overall. I do see their argument. (I am part Scottish, Irish, English, German and Hungarian with probably Spanish thrown in there for good measure myself :P).
