Bellota and The Lunch Club

jazzy_daveToday was our monthly lunch club event at our usual venue, Bellota in Brighton. Tasty Spanish tapas washed down with beer, wine, a coffee, and cognac. As usual hop along Lesley was the last to arrive. We all virtually went for the tasty pescado dish, and i had a spanish cold sausgae dish and albigondas (Spansh meatballs). GC could not eat all her tortilla so i had half of that as well. Another fun outing on a lovely sunny Day.
This was the moment of atisfaction after the meal. GC had left to do a mystery shop by this time , around 3 pm. We started etaing about 1.20 pm. Left to right, Mike, Graeme, Phil and Lesley.
Afterwards, i walked down the North Lianes , stopped at the JUbilee library for awhile, and then go up to the station car park where \gc had parked her car. I was too stuffed to do any drinking anyway, and as i shall be on the station concourse tomorrow i shall visit the Evening Star pub after my survey.
I did take a pic of this old geezer outside the Acroos The Tracks record shop.
Back to kent on the Saturday.
