I love Nora Jones. I accidentally saw her live in Glasgow many years ago and about two years before her first album came out! She was supporting Bryan Adams and I remember thinking at the time that Nora was an unusual and old fashioned name for a young woman! I really enjoyed her set but didn't think any more about her until I was on holiday in Oban a few years later and was in my favourite tiny coffee shop that had a record shop in the basement. They were playing some lovely music and I enquired what it was. It was Nora's first album. I bought it there and then and I still don't think I made the connection until a few months later when I was telling someone about seeing Bryan Adams in Glasgow and remembered the young woman supporting called Nora!!
