jazzy_daveLast night i watched the DVD of Withnail & I, which is a darkly hedonistic funny comedy about two out of work thespians , who find that they have to get out of London (1969) to the countryside to the bleak wind and rain swept Welsh countryside. If you not seen it then i will not mention what happens, but simply just recommend it. The film came out in 1986 and i was watching the extended 1999 DVD version. It launced the careers of Richard E. Grant and Paul McGann.
