Fred Is Dead

Alas, poor Winifred , aka Fred, gets oozed out by Illyria who invades her body after Fred breathes in something from the sarcophagus , in the final season of Angel, and as the goddess from hell becomes aware that her followers have long gone begins to hate her shell and this world. Once again, they kill off another of the good folk. Jeez , reminds me of what happened to major protagonists in the BBC TV series, Spooks.

Fred's death was another episode that did me in. Poor Wesley, he loved her so much, and all the rest of the team. Final season so far is a qualified thumbs up!

This one was one of the worst for me. I loved Fred and I really hated what they did. This whole season was hard. Wonderful, but hard.

Yeah, Fred went through a lot that season. I'm glad I got turned on to both Buffy and Angel by a former girlfriend.
