Phew - Warm Day In The End

As it turned out,when i left Faversham library this morning around ten the weather had perked up a lot,and the rest of the day was very sunny and warm peaking to around 26 degrees C by the late afternoon.I had doen my charity shop visit just across the river that separates the island from the mainland and thought that was enough - it was sweltering with the humidity as well.

The forecast for the week ahead is for a hot and humid week peaking to 31 on Tuesday and cooler towards the end.

I am having to cross post from Dreamwidth as the hostel WiFi seems to be acting up as far as LJ is concerned.

I am so not looking forward to the end of this week, at least as far as the weather is concerned. They say we are suppose to be in the 90sF. With heat index temps in triple digits F. UGH... Maggie's walks will be short and sweet those days. :o

26C here is not hot at all! It might be a bit sweaty if the humidity was VERY high. now,anything above 30C is hot!

Indeed, it's fairly definitely humid now, and almost no air movement through the house, despite the front and back windows being open. =:/ Ah well - at least it's not too warm.

(Unlike later on, on Tuesday, when I'll have a coding test to contend with, or at least trying to)

Ah well - just a matter of making it through until the next round of drizzly days. =:)
