Techy Visits

A much cooler day and we have had some rain. I was going to take the day then i realized i had two techy stuff visits to do, one in Canterbury and one in Sittingbourne , and i am off to the one in the cathedral city first.

Talking of Canterbury here is a couple of shots i took on Monday night after my cinema visit in Ashford.

It was! It was part of the city wall and acted as a prison from the middle ages up to the early 19th century.

The present Westgate towers are a medieval replacement of the Roman west gate, rebuilt around 1380.There was a gate here at the time of the Norman conquest, which is thought to have been Roman. I really must get back to Canterbury again, love the place. Love your pics too!
