I wouldn't say some of those were particularly philosophical, although I'd agree with 'The Seventh Seal'.

They don't even mention 'Fahrenheit 451' or 'Silent Running'.

If you count the honorable mentions at the bottom of the article, I have seen 11 of these movies; now I have a list of films to look up and try to watch!

Several of the titles sound familiar, but I think I have only really seen one of them, Memento. Great movie.

I've seen quite a few of these. Memento was marvelous. As was Matrix. Still need to see 'Sunshine' and 'Truman'.
