The short answer is: Most of it. There are up to 4 million passenger journeys per day on the Tube.

There are, of course, also millions of people travelling on the buses and trains into and out of central London, but the whole system is strained to the limit at rush hours, so take any one part out of the equation and the result is chaos.

Yet despite that and despite having had a 1 hour 40 minute walk this morning through crowded streets with our luggage, I am totally on the side of the Tube workers. I don't think the night Tube idea has been thought through properly and it certainly shouldn't be launched within just a few weeks.
