Today i am finally doing my cinema visit in Ashford. I am going to see that film Inside Out , as it is on multiple screens and hence i can do the visit during the day in time fo an evening pub get together with Phil.

Then tomorrow, my charity shop visits in Brighton and Hove , actually.

Weather looks fine anyway. Plus, more mula has come in today, which i guess is from React. Things are looking up again.

I do have some items to post from Ebay sales as well.

Blog later, amigos.

We saw it after our Europe trip. An old friend of mine had a stroke and is now in a home, we take him to movies whenever we're in town. We all quite enjoyed it, it's one that I'll be buying when it comes out. Lewis Black is fantastic, as always, and another favorite comedian of mine, Paula Poundstone, has a cameo.

I'm looking forward to seeing it, although I'm not quite sure when that'll be - the local cinema's just the usual soulless box, so I may just wait. (I may be spoiled. I've known some wonderful cinemas - the Castro Theatre takes a lot of beating, with the Mighty Wurlitzer ascending from the floor before every screening, beautifully ornate 1920s decor all around, and superb coffee, chocolate, and beer available in the foyer. And the Little in Bath is rather sweet, too, crammed into a typical Georgian house, the larger screen on the ground floor, and a supplementary one above, again with some good snack and beer/cider options on offer. For me, it'll stand in my memory as where I finally got to experience Hot Fuzz, free, courtesy of Volkswagen, who were hosting a series of screenings of various films, in locales relevant to the films. Okay, Bath isn't actually Wells =:)

Sounds like quite a mellow time in evidence. Jolly good show, that man. ^_^
