Angel and Codty Final Kiss

As i am going through the final season of Angel, here is one of the saddest moments when Cordelia, still in a coma after giving birth to the demon Jasmine, wishes Angel good luck with the fight ahead, and finally kisses him. Call me an old romantic, but this touched me.

I was going to ask if he or she was dreaming this, but then it made sense at the end with the phone call.

Is it wrong to say, that being the final season, Angel was showing his age. :o
