I never watched it - I think it was just on at a bad time for me, so I never got into it. But I knew a lot of people who did.

I'm wondering if there is a recent uptick because it seems they're reporting on something that's been true for well over a decade and isn't exactly new. The conversation following it is fascinating though.

There are major universities that have funded 'Slayer' studies and DW studies on the fundamentals and underlying themes of these shows...fascinating!

My three younger teens ADORED Buffy and so I watched the series along with them. I liked it a lot.
