Women Shopping v Men Shopping

Although with me, it would be book shop, record shop, men's clothing stores and wine shops, and in that order.

Men as a rule don't like shopping and only go when they have a specific 'target' item. Women generally enjoy shopping and enjoy the 'search and discovery' aspects of finding 'the perfect dress' or the great bargain. I remember a shopping trip with my daughters and their friends, and having a great time in a certain store looking at 'outrageous' underwear!! It was like a party!!

Men don't shop! They go to the store to buy something specific. It's a pain in the rear if we can't immediately find what we came for and have to search (shop) for it. One exception - book stores!

Generalization here...I hate shopping. I do it only when necessary and I guess technically I don't 'shop'. I find the items I need, purchase them and leave, lol!! I'm generally the one that HAS to do these things, because maintaining the household is part of what I do. :D
