I found love (even if it only lasted a few years) on the net, have had net.friends vouch for me to assist in landing a particular job, have helped adminster a couple well-regarded social TinyMUCKs keeping friends together, have gone on a roadtrip visiting several of the folks I've come to know through the net, and.. so much more. And LiveJournal's been a part of a lot of it, with such a fantastic sense of community. ^_^
