Unbelievable!! Common sense says modest clothing, not getting drunk in public, staying away from 'dangerous' areas, etc. is helpful behavior, but NOT doing those things does not take the onus off men who attack women.

Question 1: what about male victims of sexual assault?

Question 2: what about victims that don't fit the perceived parameters (like seven years old or eighty-seven years old)? Hell, there have been victims as young as four!

Question 3) what about victims that cannot give consent for reasons other than chemical incapacity? I mean, there was a victim of sexual assault here several years ago that was in a fooking coma when she was repeatedly raped (her husband ended up raising her rapist's son after she delivered him and the assailant was fired from his job as well as lost his nursing license,) and there are victims that are fooking dead! You can't get any less capable to give consent than that!

Adorable. Mass group of assholes march out with an intent to harm and already the mayor is telling the victims to go fuck off. Lovely. 'Dress this way, behave this way, don't be happy or anything because they might come get you' is stupid, sexist and lazy. How's about you find these assholes and as a world we start addressing sexual assault and rape as serious #$%^ing crimes? I mean, I know that might be hard to do, considering women are still second class citizens the world over, but these belittling 'helpful hints' do nothing to stop these incidents. These men went out with intent to harm. I don't think a knot of woman trying to grimly keep them at arm's length would have helped at all. Meh. UGH.

Wow. Of course, whatever you do, don't take steps (larger police presence, stiffer penalties on such crimes, making arrests of those involved etc.) to actually make your city streets safer, pass indirect blame on the victim. That sounds a lot like the bullshit the SJWs are trying to pull here.
