Mid week and hence another musical bag of grooves -
Flying Lotus - MmmHmm
Oneohtrix Point Never - Problem Areas
Dies Irae - The Trip (1971)
Fabulous German trippy space rock from 1971. Great reverbed drum sound (Conny Plank engineered I believe), wicked LSD influenced 'crazy' video. A classic!
Rachel's - Full On Night
Rachel's were an American chamber music group that formed in Louisville, Kentucky in 1991. The group's work was strongly influenced by classical music, particularly inspired by the minimalist music of the late 20th century, and its compositions reflect this/
Burial & Four Tet - Wolf Cub
I love my electronica hence this one and the final one below - a reinvention of Debussy with a soulful jazzy sax lick that makes thos oh so beautiful. Brillaint!
The Art Of Noise - Dreaming In Colour
Enjoy.
