Worthing Visit
Nov. 14th, 2007 08:52 pm Popped over to Worthing and viisted Music Mania to see hat they had to offer. Picked up four albums for a total of £8.
Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band - Live Bullets (Capitol 2xLP 1976)
Elvis Presley - On Stage (RCA 1970)
The Players Association - Turn The Music Up (Vanguard 1979)
Johnny Dyani / Mongezi Fiza / Okay Temiz - Rejoice (Cadillac 1988)
Had a pint of Robinson's Old Tom at Weatherspoons , most agreeable strong beer of 8.5% ABV strength!!
Also found a rare Ivor Cutler single with Linda Hirst "Women of The World" (Rough Trade 1983) from a Heart Foundation chazzer in Worthing. So a very productive visit - as well as doing a job.
