Shabitat and Old Plough
Nov. 16th, 2007 08:51 pm A mystery shop at The Old Plough,Seaford this evening. One pint of tasty Youngs Special in a very relaxing pub. and the best smelling spotless toilets too with pot pour-ri , a real plus.Oh yes even these things are assessed as well as the usual service, cleanliness, sevice atitude and so on.
Pretty cold evening though. For those who still smoke it must be cold smoking outside of a pub these days, and perhaps now itis time to give it up.Having said that ,part three of the smoking diary placement is due soon.
Today in Habitat for a while on the customer satisfaction job. Met L for a quick coffee break midday. Will finish the survey tomorrow anfter an observation job seeing how men get on with a new blade dryer in the plush toilets of the Brighton Thistle hotel. We do get some weird jobs!
Some vinyl purchases from chazzers locally -
Breno Sauer Quarteto - 4 Na Bossa (Whatmusic LP)
The Daktaris - Soul Explosion (Desco Records LP)
Fareed Haque - Manteca (Pangea LP)
Backman Turner Overdrive - Four Whel Drive (Mercury LP)
The first two for a quid each and the last two from the Mind charity shop for 25 p each.
Mike (the elder brother) has had a fall last week when he slipped down some steps near his office on a wet day. Slippery surface and greasy too ,and wallop. Leg up in the air , on crutches, and going back to the hospital next week to see if there is a fracture. I feel for him (done a GC then mate!).
