This was probably the best moment in the Children In Need marathon last night. (oh yes a marathon especially when L had been watching it all evening!). The two Doctor's in a sketch which is worth seeing again. Really quite funny.

Whenever i visit any of the MVE's in London (Music and Video Exchange) i am often confronted by two types of stickers which they tend to use.. The green ones which are used in the rarities/deletions department are much less difficult to get off, whereas the red ones as used elsewhere are little buggers to remove.

When I realised this I could not believe it. Why, why why????? Surely there can't be a massive price difference between the green and red sticker prices (or nothing they couldn't comfortably cover through their massive mark-ups). I remember 6 years ago buying 5 Billie Holiday LPs from the bargain basement and then spending the evening crying in frustration while trying to get all those red bastards off the sleeves.

However , in general, I never seem to have any problems with the staff at any of the MVEs - though this could be out of their pity for me more than anything else...or that they silently laugh and snigger at what i tend to exchange there - mostly cast-offs and easy lounge stuff that have got no funk.
