Round Robin Trip To The House of Bamboo
Jan. 11th, 2008 10:46 pm Placement job is now done. Thank goodness.
GC and i went to Uckfiled and Haywards Heath as she was doing some test purchases. I looked around the charity shops and in one of them found the bargain of the day, nay of the year perhaps, Andy Williams "House Of Bamboo" (London 7" 1958) for only 50p in quite mintish condition. A rare-ish single at best and for a chazzer a mindboggling find. This single has a £12 book value to it, but more if it had the triangular centre. Ucfkield did not disappoint.

Then we drove over to Handcross for a mystery pub food visit..
