This morning a visit to the car boot fair near the station,and although half empty again, i found some nice stuff cheap

Isaac Hayes - Grooveathon (ABC LP)
Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers - Indesctructible (Blue Note LP)
- jap DMM copy
Roberta Flack - Killing Me Softly (Atlantic LP) - with original gatefold sleeve in top condition.
Nina Simone - Nuff Said (RCA)  - original elpee with "Aint Go No, i Got Life"

 plus two compilations -

Various - We Got Soul (London LP)  - great collection with ChiLites,Syl Johnson,Bloodstone,Bohannon etc
Various - Soul Together (Atlantic LP) - classic memphis soul with Aretha's take on "Eleanor Rigby"

This lot just slightly over a tenner!

Last night i went back to The Evening Star and had a second beer session.

Had the following in half pint sizes  -

North Yorkshire Flying Herbert  4.7& ABV
Little Valley Stoodley Stout  4.8% ABV
and once again
Exmoor Beast
Frog Island Croak and Stagger
Lees Moonraker

That was the final night of the mini beer festival.
