Sep. 2nd, 2008 09:47 pmRecently picked up the lates Shindig magazine and my second issue of Shook magazine , which i am also enjoying, and is now in its third issue.
Today was our ninth FTLC meeting and we went back to La Tasca again,our favourite eatery. Mike could not come becasue of some major problem with supplies at the warehouse. The meal was up to its usual high standards,and at very reasonable prices for the special lunch deal.
A couple of books in the post arrived via Amazon marketplace. "Tell Me If I;ve Stopped,Voices from the Duplex Planet" by David Greenberger (Sun Tavern Fields), and "Duplex Planet" by David Greenberger (Faber and Faber).
