FTLC

Usual FTLC meeting and back at La Tasca for the lunch. Only three of us, me, GC and Lesley. Mike is in paris this week and Tony could not come down for personal reasons. Beforehand a visit to gatwick to do a nmystery shop at The Globe, and had breakfast there at around 8 am.

Meeting james later at the Evening Star to sell him three Jandek CDs. Might se the new Bond film as well tonight.

Got that other LP in the Borderline sale - "Papagayo! The Spanish Sunshine Pop and Popsike Collection" (Toytown 2xLP)
which i wnated to get. Infact they had more tan one copy of it. Cheaper than the CD now!

Yma Sumac

Sad to hear of the news of the passing away of Yma Sumasc, who gave some of the best exotica music of the late fiftties and early sixties. A fine singer and definitely some of her music will be played at my next DJ gig.
