Yesterday i did two mystery shops in London, one in Portobello Road and one in Westbourne Grove, both being Cafe Nero establishments. In Portobello Road i popped into Intoxica! and got these -

Count Basie - Kansas City Suite / Easin' It (Roulette 2xLP)  £2
Various Artists - Dimensions In Sound Vol.2 ,The Trip Hop Experience (Trip Records LP) for £10

From Minus One Records around the corner picked up the Decca box set -

"Pyschedilc Days Vol.2" (Decca) - six 7" rare single reissues which normally sells at £35 a box for only £20.

Then i went to MVE to exchange some records and got these without paying any extra -

Fela Kuti and Africa 70 with Ginger Baker - Live! (Barclay LP)
James Brown - Gettin' Down To It (Polydor LP)
  - reissue
Yusaf Lateef - Autophysiopsychic (CTI LP)

Then home to see GC and help with those lager experiments.

This morning went to the station boot fair and got these cheap - two quid each -

Yes - The Yes Album (Atlantic LP)
East of Eden -The World Of East Of Eden (Deram LP)
Quincy Jones - You've Got It Bad Girl (A&M LP)
Gil Scott Heron - The Best Of .. (Arista LP)
War - Why Can't We Be Friends (Island LP)
Various Artists - Folk Festival (Translatlantic 2xLP)
JJ Cale - Troubador (Shelter LP)
The Temptations - Psychedelic Shack (Gordy LP)
The Nice - Autum 67 - Spring 68 (Charisma  LP)
Various Artists - Rare 2 , Seventies Soul and Rare Grooves (Arista LP)

A cool selection there and hence worth going out in the cold this morning.
