Signs are looking more positive. Money in from ISL: for work done in December. My PC is ready to collect from repair with extra memory, new graphics card and cooling fan,and more pub survey work from EMS. So not as doom and gloom as i thought at the beginning of the year. A visit to Wakehust Place this Saturday for another free meal as well. So ticking along nicely.
I think most of the economic negativity has been generated by the press and media in general. We Brits tend to think that the glass is half empty rather than half full, and that we are too easily depressed about economic gloom. It seems we talk ourselves into recession rather than look to positive signs to counteract it. Well that is my thesis for what it's worth.
The African Soul Rebel tour comes back in March with Baaba Maal headlining and i am looking forward to it,since GC and Tony will be going as well.I haven;t been to a live gig (that is not a PRS visit) for ages.
