Musings.

I use to write something here everyday but recently it seems to have been a bit of a chore,as i have tended to migrate to Facebook. (Is that a dirty word in these parts?) Anyway i would rather have quality than quantity, and when i do get time, i always publish my playlists here.

Last night at the Hampton was good if not very busy. A good range of music styles was played ,from afrobeat to soul funk and disco, with an appreciative drinking public. One guy even went home to bring his Pet Shop Boys LP as he wanted a track by  them and i kept telling him i did not have any. I had to oblige him with one track since he made the effort to go home and get the album.

Ville and Ally are Djing with me on Sunday and Lee does an hour tonight. I suspect tonight could be the real busy one.

Funky cool library style music. Great album infact.



Suberb double LP of rare funk and Afrobeat whuich has been on my list for a long while.
