Wednesday Tim and I took a trip to London. Tim did some business in the Strand and I wanted to get rid of some items as well in Notting Hill. After going to the Strand we took the tube to Camden and then , due to a dream that Tim had about his favourite pub in London, we took the tube up to Kentish Town.

We strolled through his old haunt towards the Bull and Gate , a place he has not entered for the last 19 years , but use to be a regular visit when the Town and Country Club was still open. We had three pints there. I had a session beer called Camden Bitter (3.8 % ABV).

We then caught the tube to Notting Hill and I did my business, selling some books and an old camera. Then we had another few beers before eating at Nandos , and then back to Victoria to catch the train home.

In the evening we walked up to the Dover Castle for more beers and some whisky since Tim wanted to extol the virtues of the Bull and Gate pub. Also, the Guinness was very cheap (up till about 4pm) ; a round of Guinness and the bitter being only £5.10.

It has been raining for the most of the day so I will be travelling back to Brighton for a few days tomorrow. Have a few Cds and vinyl to post off as well.

Well it has to be a real lae , and a top draw strong  porter style, and i would call it the Sumner Slaughter Porter or Dave' Diabolic Porter. It would have a high potency of aroung 7.8% ABV

We have both given to Comic Relief despite not having much ourselves but both Tim and I feel that we are lucky to live in a fundamentally rich country without the problems that permeate in the African continent and elsewhere in the world. I am proud to give money but I do wonder how our fucking bankers would feel about this night.. They do not deserve the respect that a true socialist like myself would like  to give. Well we did our bit, did you?

I am a true revolutionary but a revolutionary for the common good of mankind.

So come on you fucking bankers give all your profits to Comic Relief then I will respect you.
