Writer's Block: The long and short of it

The longest book i have read is "Clarissa" by Samuel Richardson , which weighs in at over 1500 pages, and one i struggled through many years ago. I think only the complete "Lord of The Rings" comes close to it.
The shortest book i have read, as far as i remember, is "Fup" by Jim Dodge. Under 100 pages. Also, Voltaire's "Candide" , which i am currently reading,is quite short. I know there are probably shorter books than this, but i haven't read them.
