Vinyl and Books
Jul. 15th, 2011 07:14 pmThis morning was my usual fortnightly trip to Sittingbourne's job centre, and it was such a sunny day that I spent some time charity shop browsing.
Picked up a copy of a double LP compilation “Deep Heat Vol.7, Seventh Heaven” (Telstar) for 50p and two books for 50p each. Aleksandr Solzhenitsky “Cancer Ward” (Vintage) and Zoe Heller “Notes On A Scandal” (Penguin).

Been in the garden reading the newspaper as Tim has been watching the golf all day. I did not mean to be sulphurous over his love of sports on the last blog, but he did rile me over the acting ability of one Eve Myles in Torchwood. I quite fancy her actually.
Been downloading some mixes I might use for next Friday's Northern Lights gig.
