Yesterday met Mike and Graeme at La Tasca in Brighton for lunch. GC couldn’t come because workmen had arrived to do some rendering.

We had the usual range of tapas including the very so popular chorizo, all washed down with a nice vino. We then had a second bottle of vino.

Afterwards Graeme and I walked through the North Laines towards the Evening Star pub. This would be his first visit there and I introduced the Expresso Stout to him , followed by a couple of beers from one of the guest ales and for the life of me I cannot remember what is was except it was about 5 % ABV. I think the combination of Sam Miguel and two bottles of wine at La Tasca followed by three pints of real ale made me feel very light headed on my journey back to Seaford.

Hope Graeme got back to Chailey alright.
