The Bexhill Bifurcation
May. 8th, 2013 09:45 pmToday i visited Bexhill and perused the charity shops as i had a couple of visits to do. I picked up quite a few books, a DVD and a couple of shirts. Book wise mostly science as seen below -

The most interesting titles are "The Prehistory Of The Mind" by Steven Mithen (Phoenix),
"The Fabric Of The Cosmos" by Brian Greene (Penguin),
"Introducing Quantum Theory" by J P McEvoy & Oscar Zarate (Icon),
"On The Shores Of The Unknown" by Joseph Silk (Cambridge Univ Press),
"Touching From A Distance, Ian Curtis & Joy Division" by Deborah Curtis (Faber)
and,
"Lord Byron, Selected\ Letters and Journals" Leslie A Marchand (Picador)
I then met Georgina outside Bexhill station, as she had finished an exit survey in Little Common, an enclave just west of the town, and we drove over to St.Leonards where she bought a shabby chic armchair for the lounge.
