FTLC, Bexhill, Tenterden and Tunbridge Wells Visit

Thursday was our monthly food club meeting at our favourite tapas joint in Brighton. There was Lesley, Graeme and my brother to whom had birthday celebrations that day.

The food was excellent , washed down with a good lager, a couple of bottles of vino and a Spanish cognac.



I did go up to the Evening Star for one final drink before i caught the train back to Seaford. A pint of Bristol Beer Factory Arbor Ale (6.8 % ABV) - a stonkingly strong ale!!

Friday i did a round robin trip through Sussex and touching into Kent. Did another charity shop visit in Bexhill and then caught the bus again to Hastings and get a connecting one up to Tenterden. Did a couple more charity shop visits and then waited for a connecting bus to Tunbridge Wells for a Wetherspoons visit.


This was Eastbourne on the coast road early on the Friday on the bus going to Bexhill.

The Vine Inn, Tenterden, where I had a pint of Spitfire Ale.

From my charity shop visits, bought some shirts, a couple of DVDs, music CDs and books.
Arrived back in Seaford sometime after nine in the evening.
