The Movement Of The Piano
Aug. 24th, 2014 02:13 pmMost people tend to find Brighton station gate staff disturbing.

Brighton Station piano is moved after disturbing gate staff
The Brighton Station piano has delighted musicians and commuters alike – but it seems that the station’s own gate staff are a little less enamoured of it.
The piano was installed by the Labour’s parliamentary candidate for Hove, Peter Kyle, last month, using a piano donated by the Brighton Piano Warehouse.
Since then, scores of talented – and not so talented – pianists have tinkled its ivories.
But on many occasions, the piano has been locked, disappointing those who hoped to have a go.
And today, it has been moved so that it no longer causes disturbance to the gate staff – but it will still remain inside the station.

Just a thought. Perhaps the gate staff could not here the excuses of the fare dodgers easily.
In addition, i am back in Brighton for my next DJ gig here mid week -

jeriendhal this is a very important and sobering video. So the ideal of full employment is no longer viable for the majority of us in the near future, if not now.
Scary ..

Scary ..
A couple of grooves from Marlena Shaw for the Sunday groove. Music is a way of unwinding and that somebody is still testing my patience and reserve to the limit by having a five hour binge at the local pub this evening.
Anyway,my first track is her version of Wildflower. This is a lovely soulful ballad.
But the killer groove for me is the classic California Soul.
Enjoy. Keep the faith.
