The post midnight tune has to be this one from Elvis Costello and Burt Bacharach from that CD i found today. Here is the very beautiful In The Darkest Place.

Love it. Enjoy.

Another dry and fairly sunny day.Spring does seem to be here even if the nights are still cold.

Today i will be mooching around Medway with another charity shop visit and one at the council.

Meanwhile, some classical music for the morning. Ravel's Concerto for the Left Hand,

The Orchestra of the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar (Conductor: Prof. Nicolás Pasquet) plays Maurice Ravels Piano concerto for the left hand, which he composed 1929 for Austrian pianist Paul Wittgenstein who lost his right arm during WW I. On the piano Hélène Tysman (29) who finishes her final exam at the LISZT UNIVERSITY with this concert.

Enjoy.

Another fine day going around \medway. Did the council job and the charity shop in Rochester. Had a few beers at the Wetherspoons pub in Rochester, and fish and chips.

In the chazzer i found these books -

I just love finding Open University books as having done courses with them.

The best find though is this CD -

Finding quality jazz albums in chazzers are a real bonus for me.

From the Baggins Bazaar bookshop i found this intriguing book.

Today was the first day of the Spoons beer festival, and this i sampled a pint of each of these quaffable ales -

From South Africa, Shongweni Durban Pale Ale (5.7 % ABV)
From Brazil, Bodebrown Wee Heavy (6.) % ABV)

Plus next weekend is the Brighton Beer Festival and i will be there!
