Two More Tunes

Second pass on the album covers theme, two more tunes, one from the much more modern , and hence from 2001, American rock band The Strokes from the album Is This It? and the title track.

Next , The Rolling Stones and Brown Sugar from the Sticky Fingers album.released in  1971.

Imitation Game

I popped over to my brother's place midday to watch the Blu-Ray of The Imitation Game , starring Benedict Cumberbatch as Alan Turing. What a great film, and well acted by Benedict.

I am now in the Evening Star pub. It is raining outside. I am quaffing a pint of the Dark Star Revelation ale (5.7 % ABV).

Just finished watching another film on Sky Movies, the biopic on Steve Jobs, founder of Apple with Steve Wozniak. A really good film in my humble opinion, and much preferable to the film based on the founder of Facebook.

After leaving my brother this afternoon i popped into the city centre and went around charity shops, had a pint of beer at the Evening Star pub and had a look around Waterstones bookshop.
