In Ashford
Oct. 31st, 2016 05:45 pmAlthough i slept well last night after watching a movie till 2 am, i had developed a crick in the neck which has bugged of most of the day. It is finally going away thank goodness. I have done my Ashford cost and will be soon off to Bluewater to complete the next two.
i know i should have done this earlier but i succumbed to the lie-in, aka the Monday morning sloth syndrome, or whatever way you want to spin it.
Oh well, flocci non facere.

Monday Music Selection - Rivers of Music
Oct. 31st, 2016 09:31 pmFollowing on the BBC Radio 3 River of Music day on Sunday of continuous music.
More musical bifurcations -
Henry Purcell - Passacaglia from King Arthur
An astonishing performance by the English Concert and Choir, conducted from the harpsichord by Trevor Pinnock, shining with emotional and technical perfection. I felt nothing but pure euphoria when listening to their recording of Henry Purcell's semi-opera King Arthur, Z 628, 1691, and especially from the hauntingly beautiful Passacaglia from Act IV.
