First a nip off to Sheppey to do a supermarket visit.

Disappointing Day

A disappointing day on the whole - the fact that there was no free food at the Quays not till the New Year i was informed. Also later on i had a migraine and had to get some sleep - it is very rare for me to get one but when i do it us curtains closed and of to bed. felt better by late afternoon, and ten listened to the radio for awhile.

Henceforth,i did none of the jobs i was going to do,and will have to negotiate other days with the research company to expand the cut-off dates.

My neighbour lent me his dongle to transfer some music to my laptop,including the film "The Martian" - which i will watch later.

The Quays WiFi went down yesterday but was back on today.I headed off to Spoons at eight to have a beer and use their WiFi - which is totally LJ friendly - but their Sky broadband was playing up as well, so after a notification on FB that Phil was at the Paper Mill this evening i headed off down there.He also mentioned they had a Goachers ale on at 6.7 % ABV, but by the time i got there it had all gone. Sod my luck, so i had a pint if Goachers Red there (4.0% ABV).

I am now at the big M having a Wrap meal with coffee,and the WiFi is good here.
