Small Steps
Feb. 20th, 2018 03:55 pmIt was difficult getting out of bed today – it is so cosy and warm and with the adjustable bed features such as raising the headrest end , it is just too comfy.
I must admit what plans I had today have been scuppered by an irrepressible desire to slouch about. So that is what I did, I read , I listened to the radio, and listened to some music. How decadent I thought.
The forecast is not good as it looks we are in for a spell of very bitterly subzero temperatures. I hate February and hope spring comes sooner than expected.
Still need something to store my clothes, a vacuum cleaner and other items. The clothes are in a pile, a mess at the moment, and some have already been bagged up for donations for when I do my charity shop visits.
Small steps, I guess, as these things cannot be rushed when you have just moved to a new unfurnished place.
