In Faversham
Mar. 8th, 2018 04:50 pmI decided to have a relaxed day and do some more work tomorrow, The sun is out and it has been quite pleasant if a cool breezy day.
I posted yet another item sold on Ebay , which makes it three this week so far. Would be nice if the good run continues.
I am currently in the local Spoons pub having just tucked into a full rack of pork ribs coated in BBQ sauce. Yummy!
Last night I caught up with the latest episodes of Legends Of Tomorrow and The Flash. Still waiting for the next episode of Supergirl though. Previous night I watched the latest episode of Black Lightning , which is also getting to be one of my favourites alongside Lucifer. As for Arrow – I cannot be bothered with it anymore.
Yesterday at the Evening Star I met the usual suspects, and esp. the mellifluous tomes on Rick The Hat. I also saw ex-postie Pam , my fave Welsh gal drinker,Pam, I have not seen her for years. I might bump into her again as I have jobs in the area coming up later this month for one of my companies, again mobile phone stores but also electronic companies ( I have some Smart Speaker covert shops to do).
I did pick up a copy of the Brighton festival and Fringe festival Guides. My friend GC will be on holiday for a week in may and I will be looking after Saxby the cat. The timing is perfect as it will be Brighton's annual festival of the arts.
Two gigs that did stand out for me are the ones buy American post rock band Deerhoof and the Kronos Quartet. I look forward to May this time.
